Monitor Link works entirely on your own Wi-Fi, between your iPhone and your Mac. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

Who we are

Monitor Link is made by ZZ'S MEDIA LLC ("we"). This policy covers the Monitor Link iPhone app and the Monitor Link app for Mac.

What we collect

Nothing. Monitor Link doesn't send any information about you, your devices or how you use the app to us or to anyone else. We don't use analytics, advertising or crash-reporting services.

What stays on your devices

• Pairing code. When you pair your iPhone with your Mac, a code is saved on both so they recognize each other. On iPhone it's stored in the system Keychain. It never leaves your devices.
• Settings. Your choices, like the volume cap, are saved on your Mac.
• Log file. The Mac app keeps a log in your Mac's Library folder to help fix problems. It stays on your Mac unless you choose to send it to us.

Camera

The iPhone app asks for the camera only to scan the pairing QR code your Mac shows. The image is read on your iPhone and is never saved or sent anywhere.

Local network

Monitor Link asks for local network access so your iPhone can find your Mac and send it commands on your Wi-Fi. That traffic stays on your network and doesn't go through the internet or our servers. We don't have servers for the app.

Your audio software

The Mac app controls your interface through UAD Console or Focusrite Control on your Mac. Monitor Link doesn't record, listen to or send any audio.

Purchases

If you buy anything in the app, Apple handles the payment. We receive no payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to the purchase.

Our website

This website doesn't use cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

If you email us

If you contact support, we use your email address and anything you send, such as a log file, only to help you. We don't sell it or use it for marketing. Ask us anytime to delete it.

Children

Monitor Link doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
